Shennell, EDDA

With over 24 years of experience as an Expanded Duties Dental Assistant—including the last 10 years at our practice—Shennell brings deep expertise, reliability, and compassionate care to every patient interaction. Originally from Hawaii, she carries a strong sense of family, dedication, and community into both her professional and personal life.
Shennell has been happily married for 18 years and is a proud mother of three sons, as well as a grandmother to two energetic grandsons. When she’s not at work, you’ll find her outdoors with her family (and their dog), making the most of every opportunity for fun, connection, and adventure.

Missi, Registered Dental Hygienist

Practicing dental hygiene since 1999, Missi Weber has been a valued member of her current office for nearly 25 years. She is certified in laser therapy, local anesthesia, and Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT), and is known for her thorough, patient-centered care.

Outside the office, she’s been happily married to her husband Josh for 22 years. Their daughter Laiken is currently studying at the University of Kentucky, and their son Lane is a senior at Trinity. When not practicing dentistry, she enjoys long walks with her bernedoodle, Louise, and has a passion for creating beautiful veggie and charcuterie boards.

Julie, Registered Dental Hygienist

With 24 years of experience as a dental hygienist – all spent at this office – l’ve had the privilege of building lasting relationships with our patients and being part of their long-term care. I’m passionate about helping people feel comfortable and confident in their smiles.

Outside of work, I’m a proud mom to two grown daughters and happily married to my husband, Mark. We have three wonderful grandsons (with another on the way!) who keep us busy and bring so much joy. In my free time, I enjoy making jewelry — a creative hobby that brings me a lot of peace and satisfaction.

Michelle ManningMichelle, Registered Dental Hygienist

You may see Michelle, one of our Registered Dental Hygienists (RDH) — the one who will explain both gum disease and the neuroscience of memory loss in the same sentence.

After living with a family member experiencing Alzheimer’s Disease, Michelle became fascinated by the human brain. This curiosity led her deep into the world of research, where she became a published author in cognition and aging. Eventually, her passion for helping people live longer, healthier lives pulled her out of the lab and into the dental chair (don’t worry — she sits next to it, not in it).

Michelle specializes in natural and holistic oral hygiene therapy, knowing you can’t have a healthy gut without a healthy mouth. So yes, your flossing habits may actually affect your overall well-being — and she has the science to back it up.

On weekends, you’ll find her hiking, swimming, lifting weights, cooking, or with her nose buried in a fantasy novel — probably dreaming of a magical land where everyone flosses daily.

SavannahSavannah, EDDA

Hi, I’m Savannah! I’ve been an Expanded Duty Dental Assistant since 2006, and I truly love what I do. I feel so fortunate to have found an office where I get to work with an amazing team and help patients feel comfortable and cared for every day. Making people feel at ease and confident in their smiles is one of the best parts of my job.

Outside of the office, I’m married and a proud boy mom of two. We live in Taylorsville and love the small-town community here in Spencer County. Our family enjoys spending time outdoors—camping, boating, hanging by the pool, or heading to the beach. I also love cheering on my boys in their sports and making memories with our family and friends.

I’m proud to serve on the board of the Spencer County Youth Football League and the middle school PTSO. Staying involved in the community and supporting local kids and families is something that means a lot to me.
