Common Questions

The following are some of the patient questions we routinely answer. If you do not find the information you are looking for here or would like additional information, please contact our office.

Q. Do you accept my insurance?

A. Most of our patients utilize their dental insurance plan in our office, however, we are an unrestricted provider. This means that we are not ‘in-network’ with any of the various dental plans. We have thought this through and state this sincerely and respectfully. We truly feel the artistic skill and expertise of our dentistry along with the superior customer service provided from the very first phone call to the actual delivery of care, is exceptional. The limitations and restrictions of most dental insurance plans do not come close to providing for the true value of these services.

We will file all dental insurance claims for our patients, and the benefit checks are sent directly to you at home, not our office. We routinely and vigorously fight for your rightful benefits when claims come under question, we are your advocate, however, we are not contractually obligated by any insurance companies.
