Anna Malone, DMD, FAGD, FICOI
Dr. Malone grew up in Owensboro, Kentucky, as one of seven siblings. She attended Vanderbilt University for her undergraduate studies before earning her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry. Following graduation, she completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency through the University of Florida in St. Petersburg, where she deepened her passion for being a lifelong learner.
Since then, Dr. Malone has completed over 1000 hours of continuing education. Most notably:
- Dawson Academy core curriculum graduate
- Implant Educators – comprehensive implant continuum
- The Hornbrook group- emphasis on occlusion and functional esthetics, including a live patient hands on smile design case
Dr. Malone has been practicing dentistry for over a decade and joined the practice in 2022. She is passionate about providing high-quality, patient-centered care and building lasting relationships with her patients. She’s committed to staying on the leading edge of her profession so that she can provide the best possible outcomes for her patients.

She lives in Louisville with her husband, Chase, who was born and raised in Louisville and attended Trinity and WKU. They have two daughters—Ada (4) and Mabel (2.5)—as well as two miniature goldendoodles, Ruby and Millie. As a family, they love traveling, eating at Mojito in Havana, cheering on the Louisville Cardinals, and spending time with extended family.
